Because we bake everything fresh to order, we’re not able to accept returns — once your cookies leave our hands, they’re yours to keep and (hopefully) savor.

That said, we truly want you to be happy. If something doesn’t look right when your order arrives, or if there’s been a shipping hiccup, please reach out to us at vince@ohanhoi.com within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll always do our best to make things right.
