Hi! I'm Vince.

I grew up split between two worlds: the bustling, fragrant kitchens of my Vietnamese family and the cozy sweetness of American after-school treats. Baking became my way of making sense of all the in-betweens — blending flavors, memories, and places into something that feels like home, even if “home” is still a little hard to pin down.

I’ve spent years around ovens and proofing trays, whether in professional kitchens or just chasing the perfect bake in my own home. After a scenic but spiritually bankrupt layover in tech (spoiler: annual recurring revenue doesn’t taste like anything), I’m back to what truly feeds me: real ingredients, real people, and bold-ass flavor.

Anh Ơi is the bakery I always wished existed — unapologetically delicious, culturally rooted, and built to nourish a community. Thanks for letting me share these small, tender pieces of my story with you. I hope they taste like a bit of yours, too.
