Coconut Mung Bean Cookie (Đậu Xanh Dừa)
A flavor that hums softly instead of shouting. Roasted coconut flakes weave through the dough, warm and nutty, while pockets of softened mung bean melt into something gentle and creamy. Not loud, not overly sweet—just familiar in a way that feels tucked deep inside you. Maybe it’s a memory you can’t quite place, or the taste of comfort you didn’t realize you’d been carrying all along.
Our hefty, Northwest-sized cookies (each tipping over a quarter of a pound) are always baked with:
- Locally milled flour from the Skagit Valley in Washington – soft, flavorful, and uniquely Northwest.
- Cage-free eggs, for rich, golden yolks.
- European-style butter, with higher butterfat content for melt-in-your-mouth texture.
Product information
We’d love to keep every cookie safe for everyone, but our little kitchen isn’t set up that way. We bake in a facility that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, and sesame, so we can’t guarantee any treats will be free from contact.
If you have allergies, please take care — we’d hate for our cookies to bring anything but joy.
Thank you so much for being here — it truly means the world to us. We bake each order fresh and pack it up with care, so a little piece of home can find you wherever you are. Here’s how we get your cookies to you, safe and sound.
Processing Time
Every order is baked and packed within 2 days, because we want your cookies to arrive as fresh and tender as possible. Please note this is separate from delivery time.
Order Cutoff & Weekly Shipping
Because we bake everything fresh in small batches, we follow a weekly schedule to make sure your cookies arrive at their best.
Orders placed by Saturday at 11:59 PM Pacific are baked and packed early the following week, then shipped out on Wednesday. This means most orders will arrive by the weekend — just in time for a slow Saturday morning or a cozy Friday night snack.
If your order comes in after Saturday night, it won’t be in the upcoming week’s bake — it’ll be saved for the following week’s batch. Good things (especially cookies) are worth a tiny wait.
Packaging
We take special care to tuck your cookies into packaging that’s made to keep them fresh — heat-sealed and with a reusable zipper, so every bite stays just as soft and sweet as when it left our kitchen. It’s all carefully packed to help protect your cookies on the road.
Estimated Delivery Time
We ship using expedited services, with delivery typically taking 2–3 days once your order leaves our hands.
Shipping Rates
We keep it simple: $11 flat shipping under $60, free over $60. Sometimes we pay a bit more, sometimes a bit less, but it all balances out, so we can focus on getting cookies to you, wherever you are.
Order Tracking
Once your cookies are on their way, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking info, plus a few little updates so you can follow their journey to your doorstep.
Delivery Delays
We always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, but sometimes things like weather or carrier delays can slow things down. Thanks so much for your patience if that happens.
Returns and Refunds
Because we bake everything fresh just for you, we’re not able to accept returns.
If there’s ever an issue with your order when it arrives, please reach out to us at vince@ohanhoi.com within 24 hours of delivery — we’ll always do our best to help.
Questions
If you have any questions about your order — or just want to say hi — please reach out!
Thank you again for letting us bake for you. We’re so happy to share these little tastes of home, wherever you are.
Because we bake everything fresh to order, we’re not able to accept returns — once your cookies leave our hands, they’re yours to keep and (hopefully) savor.
That said, we truly want you to be happy. If something doesn’t look right when your order arrives, or if there’s been a shipping hiccup, please reach out to us at vince@ohanhoi.com within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll always do our best to make things right.
Thank you for understanding that small, handmade treats travel a long way to get to you — and for supporting our little bakery along the way.
